This is in response to your comment to my earlier review.

I hope you understand the difference between selling a piece and sending a free sample. What you sent to me was not a free sample but a paid product. Once there is clarity on the nature of this transaction, my simple question to you is - when a business "sells" a product that is not as per description and is also defective, what should it do? It should take the product back and/ or return the money, should it not? You consciously chose not to do this and that's exactly what I pointed out. It is unethical. Secondly, now you are trying to deflect from the main point by arguing on false and trivial grounds. You didn't make the product especially for me. I was told that you were already making this size for another order and you sold me a piece from that batch. I waited a month for you to start manufacturing the said order. Your other point related to quantity also isn't justified because we would have ordered more only if the product worked for us. The composition and smell of the material itself is an issue for us. We are in the initial phases of our work and hence, you didn't get much information about our business.

Please understand that paying was not a problem if the product wasn't described deceptively and I was not sent a defective piece. Not only is the product not 100% natural as required and as described over the phone, it smells so bad that it cannot be used for our purpose at all. It also has grains coming out from sides and is uneven in thickness from one side. So, basically it's not a useful product for us in anyway. You can keep the money. It's fine. The point was not limited to money but also related to professional ethics.

Unethical people. Charged for a sample piece. The product received was much different than what was described over phone and was also defective. I sent the pictures of the defect but even after realizing that the product was different and defective, they were unwilling to refund. Be careful when dealing with them.

Dear Mr AmitYour requirement is for 250 nos RC sheets of non standard size 3feet x 6feet . And as per our company policy we asked you to approved sample before proceeding full quantity order. If you are not satisfied with sample you should not proceed for full quantity order. The purpose of sample is served. You should appreciate us that we had prepared 1 no sample of non standard size 3' x 6' in industry only for you for approval purpose. Hope you understand the meaning of approval of sample before proceeding full order. Now I had doubt that your requirement is for 250 nos sheet is genuine or fake.Please be careful in giving your feedback on online platform.You had neither given your company name nor GST number.
